Hourly Pricing
Grant writing includes the prospecting, writing the grant draft, as many conversations needed to get a working draft, and submission of the final grant. With hourly services, fifty percent of the estimated fee is due before starting when the contract is signed, with the balance due when both parties agree the work is completed.
Grant Writing
For one-off grants $200/hr
Estimated project times:
- $10,000 grant - 10hrs
- $25,000 grant - 20hrs
- $100,000 grant - 30hrs
- Governmental Grants - start at $5,000 per grant, upon discussion.
Planning & Design
For project work $250/hr
Estimated project times:
- Strategic Plan - 24hrs
- Stewardship Plan - 15hrs
- Other Plans - 10hrs (marketing, P2P)
- RD event - 10hrs
- Starter Webpage -15hrs
Training Pricing
For Training programs $100/hr
With over two-decades of training, achieving the highest level of trainer for BGCA (Specialist), the Nonprofit Marketplace has a menu of prepared trainings for board or staff. The Marketplace can also work with your leadership to develop a customized training. Inquire about retreats or all-day trainings.
Training includes a full class with as much capacity as online methods or classrooms can handle. Minimum training is based on five hours to write, prepare, and execute the training. Price does not include travel costs, which will be based on federal per diem rates and will be agreed upon by both parties. Materials will be provided by the Nonprofit Marketplace.

All subscriptions have a six-month minimum with discounts based on the organization's budget size
Core Grant Subscription $1,500/Month
- At least ONE grant written per month up to $25,000.
- Monthly consultation on grant needs.
- Grant research based on consultation.

$0 - $150,000 50% discount
$150,001 - $750,000 35% discount
If you are a Boys & Girls Club, you will get an additional 10% off the monthly fee.
Plus Grant Subscription $3,500/MONTH
- Grant writing at least three, grant submissions per month up to $100,000.
- 1-on-1 writing experience for 60 minutes/mo.
- Quarterly grant readiness check.
Budget Size:
$0 - $150,000 50% discount
$150,001 - $750,000 35% discount
If you are a Boys & Girls Club, you will get an additional 10% off the monthly fee.
Pro Grant Subscription $5,000/MONTH
- Grant writing at least five grant submissions per month or up to $1,000,000.
- 1-on-1 Rent-An-Expert for 60 minutes/mo.
- Governmental grants available only in gold package.
- Governmental grants negate the quantity of guaranteed grants.

Consult-a-Pro
Sometimes there is just a lot to do, and you don't know where to start. With the Consult-a-Pro, you get time with NPM staff and their 20+ years of nonprofit experience to use from training to writing to designing... whatever you need to elevate your nonprofit. Consult-A-Pro cannot be used for grant writing as it is a different process.

Executive Coaching
IAP Certified Executive Coach, Bryan Partee can help you grow as an individual and, in turn, you can best impact your nonprofit. Coaching sessions last one hour and a minimum of two sessions per month are recommended.
Weekly

One-on-one executive training session based on plan initial consultation topics.
- A minimum of six-months required; 12 recommended.
- Private one-on-one meeting, every week at a designated time.
- Access to shared files and templates.
- A strategically planned schedule planned out.
- Price is $200 per hour for four sessions per month.
Every-Other-Week
$400/Mo
One-on-one executive training session based on plan initial consultation topics. This can be either coaching or mentoring - one or the other to maintain focus and purpose.
- A minimum of six-months required; 12 recommended.
- Private one-on-one meeting, every other week at a designated time.
- Access to shared files and templates.
- A strategically planned schedule planned out.
- Price is $200 per hour for two sessions per month.
Mentoring Hybrid
$900/Mo
This is easily our most popular option. It is one-on-one, with rotating focus. Weeks 1 and 3 would be coaching; weeks 2 and 4 would be mentoring.

- Private one-on-one meeting, every week at a designated time.
- Access to shared files and templates.
- A strategically planned schedule planned out.
- Price is $225 per hour for four sessions per month.
